云计算与AI大数据分析技术助理疫情防控研究

公元前430年—前429年,雅典与斯巴达之战胜负难分,一场来去无踪的瘟疫使得雅典失去近四分之一的士兵,由此深刻改变了地中海世界后来的历史走向。两千多年后,一场没有硝烟的战争正悄然打响,14亿人成为这场“战疫”的主角。一场突如其来的疫情,打乱了人们春节探亲访友的步伐,“武汉、口罩、隔离、延迟复工/开学”等成为2020开年的关键词。随着传染人数以裂变形式指数级攀升,科技企业、大数据公司纷纷利用云计算、大数据、5G、AI等技术驰援这场“战疫”,再一次显示了科技对于当今社会的必要性。

新冠疫情中产生了大量的数据,必须要经过一定的处理。通过数据的收集、清洗、加工,使用机器学习、人工智能等算法,支持信息的关联&检索、接触者追踪、病情预测、疫情传播模型。从而帮助疫情防控制定相关政策。工信部在2020-02-04发布《充分发挥人工智能赋能效用-协力抗击新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情倡议书》,主要有以下三个倡议点:一、呼吁人工智能企业和应用单位、上下游企业,尤其是人工智能产业创新重点任务入围揭榜企业能够在“疫情发现、预警、防治”等方面积极做出应有贡献。二、攻关并批量生产一批辅助诊断、快速测试、智能化设备、精准测温与目标识别等产品。三、优化AI算法和算力,助力病毒基因测序、疫苗、药物研发、蛋白筛选等药物研发攻关。从工信部倡议中可以看出,人工智能在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎中能够发挥巨大贡献,政府也非常积极来推动企业关于人工智能疫情防控的相关产品的研发。

With the number of infected people rising exponentially in the form of fission, technology companies and big data companies have rushed to help the "fight against the epidemic" by using cloud computing, big data, 5G, AI and other technologies, which once again shows the necessity of technology for today's society.

There is a huge amount of data generated during the COVID-19 pandemic, which must be processed. Through data collection, cleaning and processing, machine learning, artificial intelligence and other algorithms are used to support information correlation & retrieval, contact tracing, disease prediction and epidemic transmission model. So as to help formulate relevant policies for epidemic prevention and control. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Proposal on Giving Full Play to the Utility of Artificial Intelligence - Cooperating in Combating Novel Coronavirus Infected Pne umonia Epidemic on 2020-02-04, which mainly has the following three proposals: I. Call on AI enterprises and application units, upstream and downstream enterprises, especially the enterprises listed for the key tasks of AI industry innovation, to actively make due contributions to "epidemic detection, early warning, prevention and control". Second, tackle key issues and mass produce a batch of auxiliary diagnosis, rapid testing, intelligent equipment, accurate temperature measurement and target recognition products. 3. Optimize AI algorithms and computing power to help virus gene sequencing, vaccine, drug research and development, protein screening and other drug research and development. As can be seen from the initiative of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, artificial intelligence can play a great contribution in the fight against COVID-19, and the government is also very active in promoting enterprises' research and development of products related to artificial intelligence epidemic prevention and control.
