Biography

Josh Avratin is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Kirkland & EllisCorporate Lab. He holds a BA in English and philosophy from EmoryUniversity and a JD from the Law School. Prior to joining the clinicalfaculty,Josh practiced in the debt finance groups of Sidley Austin LLPin Chicago and Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston,and served ascorporate counsel to Groupon,Inc.
